We had a roof put on at my work early March 2024. This job was roughly 157,000 square feet. We had to get this done in a two week period that we were closed for business. Josh assured me that they could get it done. He was very patient as we had him write up several different quotes with different materials. Even losing a few days due to rain they still got 99% of the job done in that time frame. Their professionalism was top notch. Josh really knows roofing and communicates very well step by step during the construction. They left the jobsite clean everyday as asked. I have had issues with roofers not showing up when asked in the past and needed a roofer I could depend on. He shows up when scheduled, and goes out of his way to make sure that things are done right. I have zero complaints. River Valley Roofers really knocked this one out of the park. I was amazed at how quick and efficient they were getting this project done.

Josh, Joseph and the entire River Valley Roofing crew made getting a new roof an easy experience. Josh was extrememly thourough with the entire process, and even came back the day after the rood was finished to do a once over on the property to make sure they got everything that fell on the ground when they removed the roof. On top of that, the crew was respectful and observant, always concerned on their safety so I didn't have to worry about people on my roof. I monitored, verified and validated that all of the work was performed with great workmanship and was totally fulfilled, precise and guaranteed to have no short- or long-term issues. “River Valley Roofers LLC” is everything you wish a professional contractor would be, but rarely is. Joshua Galusha works with you. Josh evaluated our current roof – from outdoors as well as indoors (through the attic), to the soffits and the vents, before giving an estimate for a roof replacement. Josh listened to our concerns, provided a fair price, and had samples delivered to our house (thanks Stephany!). They always returned calls/texts promptly. Josh welcomed questions and provided answers, information, and options. No hard sales pitch. They were spot-on with their timeline and kept us informed of any minor changes. His crew & crew leader worked quickly and cleaned the area well. Per our request, we had copper - strips & chimney flashing installed. They even replaced a rotted fascia board, and adjusted the slope on gutters that were causing problems. Josh checked back again after all the work was done – and even took some drone footage of the finished roof. We’re looking forward to his spring follow up visit that he has already scheduled. I used River Valley Roofers to repair an already badly repaired (twice!) leaking roof and skylight, and I will definitely call Josh when its time to replace the whole roof. This is a timely, honest, reliable and reasonable company and their communication is exceptional. They work quiet and clean (they replaced my neighbor's roof too) and really care about great results. Josh followed up more than once to make sure there were no more leaks.

The owner Josh is one of the most gracious roofing contractors out there! He has helped me out in a pinch and showed up at a moments notice. He will try fixing the problem rather than others who will just try to sell you a new roof! Very knowledgeable and informative as well as willing to teach the homeowner how to fix issues in the future! Would highly recommend his services to anyone that needs an honest roofing contractor!
